I just uploaded udhcp 0.9.7-4, which includes a udhcpc-udeb
binary package.

$ ls -l udhcpc-udeb*
-rw-r--r--    1 kraai    kraai       10752 Sep 18 00:07 udhcpc-udeb_0.9.7-4_powerpc.udeb
