Bug#129940: boot-floppies: S/390 (hercules): Can't find CTC adapter

I now added some undocumented parameters in my parmline:

dasd=191-192 ro chandev=ctc0,0x0400,0x0401,0,0,0 
hostname=s390 ip=192.168.30.2 netmask=255.255.255.255 
gateway=192.168.30.1 peer=192.168.30.1 dns=192.168.30.1 
netinterface=ctc0 netmodule=ctc

And I have instantly a running ctc0.  Hm.
