Bug#107598: Boot floppy documentation on fdisk is missing

Problem:
The files
ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/dists/woody/main/disks-*/current/doc/{,c}fdisk.txt
are supposed to contain the man pages for 'fdisk' and 'cfdisk' but instead
they contain only "** man page not found **". Ditto for these two files in
each language subdirectory.
Example:
ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/dists/woody/main/disks-i386/current/doc/fdisk.txt
