Bug#106457: Can't install `testing'

This also has bitten me on mipsel - the solution was to use the current
busybox cvs version in building boot-floppies. The busybox-maintainer, 
Erik B. Andersen <andersee@debian.org>, has stated to upload a fixed 
busybox package soon.
