do you use Dos formated Floppys to write the image on it ???
If YES, then I do not know whats wrong...
...but if you had formated the floppys under Windows, there
is the "FAT 16" file system on it !!!
Windows 3.x/9x and NT format only in "FAT 16" !!!
Go into a DOS-Box and format the floppys with:
c:\> FORMAT /f:1440 /u a:
I had many trouble with this MS crap.
