Well my main complaint now is that it simply does not have the right deps
on the target. When I do test builds I normally run "make utils docs" as
normal user, then run "make release" as root. However, the docs target
(all the docs) get built again. Can you make some way of doing a stamp, or
correct deps on these targets so they don't get built all the time?
