potato boot-floppies DHCP

hey,

hey DHCP works in boot-floppies 2.28!  since my college uses DHCP it kept
me from using slink.

anyway, DHCP works, but it's tempermental, sometimes it works the first
time, sometimes it takes 3 times.

maybe the automatic DHCP setup algorithm needs to be checked out, OR have
the automatic DHCP try setting it up 3 times.  so instead of saying "this
may take 20 seconds" (i think?), have it say "may take a minute"

just some thoughts,
