boot-floppies 3.0.21 releasing

Ok, I'm releasing 3.0.21 now, there don't seem to be any crippling
problems introduced.  I've tagged the sources and I'm now building
source and powerpc versions.

All other arch builders should commence!  I suggest you work from
the tag, e.g.:

  cvs -q export -d boot-floppies-3.0.21 -r debian_version_3_0_21 boot-floppies
  cd boot-floppies-3.0.21
  dpkg-buildpackage -rsudo -B -eMYNAME@debian.org
