At the University of California, Riverside BioInformatics Core Facility,
I admin a smalish openMosix cluster used for genetic searches (large blasts,
hmmer, etc) and protein clustering. Its 32 nodes, each a dual AMD 2800+
w/1G RAM. The cluster is running Sarge.

I chose debian because of:
dsh -cgcluster apt-get update
dsh -cgcluster apt-get upgrade

I've learned that 64 CPUs are more than enough to fry an egg if you
don't have a good AC.
