stop running spamassassin on the mail list

This is not helping to filter mail list posts through spamassasin on the
mail list servers. It is screwing up spamassassin on this end, mainly
because the little X-Spam-Status: header appears to be getting stripped
off along the way. The message ends up just going to debian-beowulf
box instead of being sent off to my spam folder.
