Not sure whether it is still valid or not, but I
believe "Molokini edition" has several problems that a
lot of people do not like:

For me, SGE (Sun Grid Engine) works fine. If you need
parallel job support, you can use the PE feature,
which allows you to control (kill, accounting) all the
parallel tasks.
