Without knowing the program, I'll guess this means:

value  0  0.07  0.1   0.25  0.45  0.65  1
R      0              0           1     1
G      0        0     1           0.85  0.2
B      0  1           0.93  0.2         0.1

(and linear interpolated values in between).
