jftr, the website had been updated to reflect the discontinuation of buster-backports. Just the
packages link has been forgotten. 

And from my perspective https://backports.debian.org/Instructions/ has a lot of explanations about
the support status. If you think something is unclear, please send a patch.

I fixed this now.
