This completely prevents installation of extra packages that are
not available from the standard repositories, though (with good
reason, as these effectively have root (inside the chroot ofc))…
I have found this limiting (on the porterboxen), to an amount
it made several tasks impossible to achieve (wrt. architecture
testing).
