e2fsprogs bpo pre-depends on libc6 >= 2.33

Hi,

I've found that e2fsprogs=1.46.5-2~bpo11+1

pre-depends on libc6 (>= 2.33)

but libc6 version now in stable is 2.31-13+deb11u2

I think this is a bug.

Does anyone know more about this?
