This has been fixed in maven/3.6.3-2. :(

I think I will cherry-pick 'dab78d9e64' and upload '3.6.3-1~bpo10+2'
to backports for now.
And then will update other dependencies in backports to upload
maven/3.6.3-3 later.

@Emmanuel Bourg  Is that ok?
