CPU_FREQ_GOV_SCHEDUTIL in linux-image-5.9.0

Hi

Would it be possible to include CPU_FREQ_GOV_SCHEDUTIL=m in the next release? It is used by intel_pstate by default since 5.7, and it is included in bullseye's 5.10 (as =y in fact)
