Please backport Mesa to Buster

Hi,

Would it be possible to backport Mesa package from Testing to Buster to 
support new graphic hardware ?
According to this link [1], Mesa >= 19.3 is required to get this graphic card 
working.
Buster version: 18.3.6
Testing version: 20.1.5
