cmake missing dependency

Hello,

it would seem the cmake backport for stretch needs a rebuild
in a clean stretch environment, or libarchive13 needs a bump.
Apologies if this is already being dealt with, I did check the
NEW queue (https://ftp-master.debian.org/new).

Kind regards
Vince
