I'm not sure why you felt the need to re-upload as source only, a binary upload was just fine as well here.

(Ftr, I was planning on updating the backports only after buster was updated, i.e. after the point release)

Since I'm still using oldstable, I just uploaded 2.19.5+deb10u1~bpo9+2.
Hope it will hit the archive soon.
(Sorry, 2.19.5+deb10u1~bpo9+1 was not source only upload, so I did it again)
