That was your error. You could have just waited.
Temporarily uninstallable because +1 failed to build and some parts take
long to build.
Even when +1 didn't fail to build the build can take long and when e.g.
_amd64 is installed and _all not yet...

Normal and nothing unusual. The missing stuff is there since some
