Backport OpenJDK-11 (and remove OpenJDK-9)

Hi,

As OpenJDK-11 is the new LTS of OpenJDK which is used by a growing
number of projects, and OpenJDK 9 is no longer supported (creating
security issues), could you please :
1/ Remove OpenJDK-9 from the BPO archive
2/ Put OpenJDK-11 in it ?
