I'm wondering if you are suggesting someone to perform one of the
following actions:

1. Backport libreoffice 6.1.3 back to stretch-backports once 6.1.3 is
available in unstable / testing to fix this bug in stretch-backports;
or
2. Current libreoffice version in stable (stretch, Debian 9) is
affected by this bug and it is necessary to apply the bugfix onto
libreoffice in Stretch (Debian 9);

Are you suggesting one of these actions or both of them? The original
email is not clear and it would be great if you could elaborate
further.
