python-pysaml2 and python-msgpack

Hello,

matrix-synapse have been integrated into backports, but some
dependencies are available only from buster:

- python-pysaml2 (>= 4.0.0)
- python-msgpack (I guess >= 0.5)

Is it possible to plan the update of these libraries?
