gajim backport 1.0.0-1~bpo9+1 uninstallable

Trying to install the new version of the gajim backport, I run into
this:

gusnan@debian-i7:~ > LC_ALL=C sudo apt install gajim

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

 gajim : Depends: python3-distutils but it is not installable

         Recommends: gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly but it is not installable

and looking at python3-distutils, it seems to only be available in
testing and unstable.
