Git in jessie-backports needs update

added git to jessie-backports.  Please update it to include the fix to
CVE-2017-8386.

As a side note, I'm not particularly happy that that backport was
prepared without consulting the package maintainer.  I've had bad
experience in the past with people making backports for Git and then
abandoning them.  I trust that you're going to do better than others
have but nevertheless would have appreciated a heads up.
