hkl backports

Hello,

I did a mistake with the hkl 5.0.0.2173-1~bpo8+1 which make it FTBFS on all architectures.

I tested the build with sbuild but using the aptitude build-dep-resolver. (it worked)

using the default resolver it failed. -> FTBFS


So I re-uploaded a

5.0.0.2173-1~bpo8+2 version which fixed the problem.

Build-Depends: libgsl0-dev | libgsl-dev
instead of

Build-Depends: libgsl-dev | libgsl0-dev


BUT this version never show-up into jessi-backports.

Is it possible to solve this issue by accepting it.
