This would probably work more reliably in the presence of backports,
pinning, experimental etc. if you had
Package: btrfs-tools
Depends: btrfs-progs (= ${binary:Version})
In general I think it's a good idea for intra-source-package dependencies
like this to be in lockstep: there seems no advantage in introducing an
extra thing that could go wrong, since anyone who has a source package
available to them should have all of its binaries available at matching
versions.
