thumbor dependencies in jessie-backports

hi!
as an heads-up, I'm helping with packaging thumbor (ITP #723778) and
libthumbor (ITP #783577) with the end goal of having it available in
jessie-backports too, so I'm uploading a few of its build-dependencies to
jessie-backports (pillow, python-statsd, pexif, yanc, preggy, pyvows,
derpconf).
