all python-xstatic-* and their unmet (in jessie-bpo) dependencies have
just been uploaded to jessie-backports.

Three of them are still pending upload, as they did not migrate to
stretch yet.

We will now start to uploading packages in the hopefully correct order,
to avoid unmet dependency in backports.
