[snimpy & python-cffi] Backports for wheezy from jessie.

Hey,

I wanted to use snimpy under wheezy, so I tried to backport it.

First I had to backport python-cffi from jessie, which I did. You may find
it there : http://peb.pimeys.fr/backports/python-cffi .

I then built my own ftp repo with this package in it, and I added it to my
pbuilder wheezy archive's sources.list. I then backported successfully
snimpy. You may find it there : http://peb.pimeys.fr/backports/snimpy .
