VLC can't be installed: libchromaprint0 missing dependencies

Hello Debian users and developers,

Though I didn't find any mention of VLC 2.1.5 on the Debian-Backports list and most of us can certainly live with the Wheezy version of VLC, it seems that VLC can nolonger be installed from wheezy-backports due to libchromaprint0 which depends on two packages that are non existent in wheezy-backports:

    dep: libavcodec54 (>= 6:9.1-1)
    Package not available
    or libavcodec-extra-54 (>= 6:9.10)
    Package not available

    dep: libavutil52 (>= 6:9.1-1)
    Package not available

Though libavcodec55 and libavutils53 are available in backports and can be installed, libchromaprint0 sticks to its guns and therefore prevents VLC from being installed.

End of October, Handbrake had similar problems: https://lists.debian.org/debian-backports/2014/10/msg00081.html

Best regards,
