Start by asking the varnish maintainers/uploaders to see if they'd be
interested in uploading a backport themselves, and if not, consider
whether you would be willing to support the backported package
yourself (e.g. dealing with user bug reports related to your backport,
keeping up with updates, etc.). If yes, refer to the documentation at
[1] for instructions on how to contribute a backported package.
