Backport of Varnish 4

Hi,

I currently rebuild Varnish 4.x from Jessie to Wheezy for my own usage.
It's just a rebuild againts wheezy environmnent thanks to «cowbuilder»,
there is no modification needed.

How can I integrate this rebuild in wheezy-backports ?
