Hi, David, First of all, thank you very much for the backport and for replying so quickly. I did not realize there was a wizard. After the installation, I did look at /usr/share/doc/owncloud/README.Debian.gz and just read that the database user and the database had to be created before going to http://localhost/owncloud. I also installed ‘owncloud-doc’ and looked at file:///usr/share/owncloud/core/doc/admin/index.html and file:///usr/share/owncloud/core/doc/admin/configuration/configuration_database.html. Now I have moved away /etc/owncloud/config.php. The database and database user still exist. http://localhost/owncloud gives me the wizard :-) But https://localhost/owncloud still gives me an empty file even though I am told to connect using HTTPS.
