I built Jessie's dnsmasq on wheezy because I needed it to use with
libvirt-bin in wheezy-backports [1].

I did that with "apt-get -b source dnsmasq/jessie", and the resulting
binary package works fine and has DNSSEC mentioned in it's --version, so
an official backport should be no problem.

How do we get this to happen?
