Huh, I was (perhaps rashly) relying upon:
https://packages.debian.org/search?suite=jessie&arch=any&mode=path&searchon=contents&keywords=%2Fusr%2Fshare%2Fpyshared%2Fdjango%2Fconf%2Furls%2Fdefaults.py

(likewise specifying sid).

How confusing...
