tt-rss wheezy-backport

i backported tt-rss to wheezy. It involved backporting prototype-js
and phpqrcode as dependencies

phpqrcode and tt-rss are not in wheezy. prototypejs exists and it
needs to be an specific version for tt-rss because is patched during
building of tt-rss... i looked and all the reverse dependecies say >=
for libprototype-js so it should not be a problem, should it be?

Ive using it for 10 days now without a problem

I contacted maintainer 9 days ago without an answer

im no dd... if somebody is willing to upload them... no upstream code
needed to be touched for the backport :)
