3.13.0 kernel package not available in wheezy-backports

Hello, 

In wheezy-backports,  linux-image-486 now depends on the 3.13 kernel (linux-image-3.13-0.bpo.1-486), but the 3.13package is not available:

https://packages.debian.org/wheezy-backports/kernel/linux-image-486

It has been in this state for a few days. What's the process to get this resolved?
