backport nagios3 3.4.1-5 to Debian/Wheezy

I just prepared a backport of nagios3 3.4.1-5 for Debian/Wheezy.
If you've no objections, then I'll upload it to wheezy-backports.

Even though I think that the following two changes might even warrant
a upload to stable-updates:
* [a2c78a1] Stop status.cgi from listing unauthorized hosts and
services in servicegroup view (CVE-2013-2214)

* [51fb59b] Backport upstream r1953 to fix downtime retention across
