Hi,

I'm a DM, not a DD, I would like to upload a backport of qcontrol (which
I maintain) for Wheezy. Am I able to do this or do I need to either ask
a DD to upload a DAK command like [0] but targeting backports somehow or
do I need to go through the normal non-DD review/sponsorship for
backports?

FYI I would like to upload qcontrol 0.5.1-1 once it has propagated to
Jessie.
