The constraint is rather "compatible protocols" than "same version
numbers". (afaik)

To be able to sync your machines, you will just have to install the
unison2.32.52 (or unison2.32.52-gtk) package that is available in Wheezy
and Sid already. It will provide Unison 2.32.52 that is compatible with
the one from stable.
