I am thinking of #657281. thanks for checking that, I did not look at open bugs. In this particular case (non-free but distributable file lying around in the source unmodfified) I think it is reasonable to upload the package as it is to backports, nothing gets worse this way. I’ll try to remember to update the package when a fixed packages enters testing.
