We ran into this issue, today, too.

I'd be very happy if the backports of ocfs2-tools and pacemaker could
be updated so that they are installable together on one system. I
suspect that updating one of them should suffice, but I don't know
which one that would be.

Without this issue being fixed, it's likely that my coworkers will use
something else than Debian for our new cluster. :-(
