I believe the guidelines for Non Debian Developers could do with an update.

I'm fairly certain that mentors.debian.net no longer accepts binary
uploads, cf. http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMentorsNet.

Is there some other preferred site for binary uploads? Also, what
architectures to build for?
