Hi, I am having some problems with two HP DL580 G7 and 2.6.32-bpo.5-686-bigmem kernel. I had to install this kernel because of the Onboard NICs (NetXen Incorporated NX3031 Multifunction 1/10 Gigabit Server Adapter) Lenny's Kernel wouldn't support them. After almost two month one of them start rebooting them self and go the hard disks backplane replaced and the firmware upgraded. Now it seems it works ok, but we are not sure. And last week the other one start hanging it self. Last night an admin was working until the server hung after show this message on the screen: kernel:[174965.601399] NMI: IOCK error (debug interrupt?) Does any body had problem using this kernel on HP DL580 servers!? I found some errors at syslog file: ACPI Error: Field [CDW3] at 96 exceeds Buffer [NULL] size 64 (bits) (20090903/dsopcode-596) I cant say if it is related or not. :( Lorena |
