libdbd-pg-perl for lenny-backports-sloppy?

Hi,

PostgreSQL 9.0 is available in lenny-backports-sloppy, but Lenny's
version of libdbd-pg-perl does not support the new default bytea output
format[1].  This is reported to break some software, for example
request-tracker3.8.

The support for the new hex encoding has been introduced in 2.17.2-1
(only in unstable).  I was wondering if it would make sense to provide a
backport for Lenny (and then later Squeeze as well).
