Missing dependency in libvirt

Hi Guido,

starting libvirtd from libvirt-bin 0.8.1-2~bpo50+1 (on amd64) fails when 
hal is not installed and running:

Looks like this is related to bug #574177, hal should have been disabled 
since 0.7.7-3.
