[RFS] usb-modeswitch and usb-modeswitch data from actual testing

Hi dear Backports.org team !

As I saw some users complaining on #debian about the lack of a packaged usb-
modeswitch, I prepared backports from the actual testing versions. As both 
have never been in Lenny, I only put "reduced" changelog entries in the 
.changes (aka "from the new-upstream changelog entry up to the backports 
entry").

You can find both packages on my private repository there:

I would be very pleased if someone could upload those packages for me. By 
the way, I am DM and those packages have the DMUA field put to yes; is it 
possible to get the possibility to upload those myself ?
