 Please be notified if you want to play wesnoth-1.8 you have to install
the wesnoth-1.8 package (or wesnoth-1.8-core for just the main program
for multiplayer games and/or not pulling in all of the campaigns). There
is no wesnoth meta package yet that will pull in the package for you
automatically, it is a switch that you have to do consciously. The meta
package is planned for the squeeze release though not ready yet.

 The old wesnoth package (1.6 branch) will eventually get removed from
backports as it is discontinued.
